Digital Communications & Government Platforms – Ukraine (2015–2019)
Between 2015 and 2019, I worked across multiple roles within Ukraine’s government and civil society digital ecosystem, focusing on digital communications, UX, and public sector transformation. My work included leading digital strategy and product design for government platforms, as well as helping shape and operate the country’s official digital communication channels during a period of rapid political and social change. This case combines work from the Ukrainian President’s Office, government digital initiatives, and national-scale social media communications, including the official Twitter presence of Ukraine.
