This video is another piece of work during my studies at Brunel University London. This was the assignment project for the Digital Media Technologies course. In 2023 I received my second Master's degree in Digital Design and Branding after winning the Chevening Scholarship from the UK Government for mid-career professionals.
The guitar advertising genre was not chosen by chance. First, the primary motivation was to use unique university facilities, which are not easily accessible elsewhere. On the other hand, combining various hobbies makes the process of learning and creating video products much more enjoyable.
The entire screenplay is about contrast, in the words of this specific short film, which is Routine vs Passion. Besides, accent colours convey these two moods. For instance, a white shirt and cold tones were used to create the impression of doom and longing. Nevertheless, a black shirt, red backlight and warm tones added joy and happiness.
